Tips for Accurate Delivery:

  • To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please follow these guidelines:

    • Ensure your billing address and phone number match the information your credit/debit card company has on file if you are using a credit/debit card for your purchase.

    • Enter your complete first and last name in the delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 2000 within Dubai qualify for free shipping. Delivery charges of AED 35 apply for deliveries within Dubai, while delivery charges for areas outside Dubai are determined based on distance and estimated delivery date. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

  • Exclusions: The free shipping offer does not apply to:

    • Large items requiring Scheduled Delivery.

    • Items or locations requiring special access permissions.

    • International Shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping country, with most orders delivered within 3-5 working days. A shipping quote will be provided during checkout after you provide your address details. While this quote is usually accurate, we reserve the right to adjust it based on the size and weight of the shipment. Customers will be informed of any changes before their order is processed, giving them the opportunity to amend or cancel the order.

  • Shipping Methods: reserves the right to choose between air and land shipment methods, depending on the destination country's requirements, customs regulations, and other factors.

  • Dispatch: All items are dispatched on the same or next business day from our warehouses after order processing.


  • Claiming a Return: To request a return, please carefully review all terms and conditions. reserves the right to refuse return, refund, or exchange requests.

  • Timely Reporting: If you have received damaged items, items with missing parts or accessories, defective items, or items that differ from their description on the product detail page, please report these issues within 8 hours of receiving the merchandise.

  • Refund Policy: Items are eligible for return if they meet the criteria mentioned above. Once we receive your return or receive notification from the seller that the return has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for pre-paid transactions or to your bank account for Pay on Delivery orders. Customers can request a refund for purchased products within 3 days of receiving them. After this period, the refund policy will apply. Physically damaged and/or missing products will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery. Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days, covering the cost of the purchased product(s). Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Policy: Customers can request a return for purchased products within 3 days of receiving them. After this period, products can only be repaired according to the Repair Policy. Physically damaged and/or missing products will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery. The return amount covers the cost of the purchased product(s), with shipping and payment processing charges being non-refundable. If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the deducted amount will be taken into account.

  • Return Process: All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original packaging, including all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Items must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot accept the return. Please include the invoice with the return, and if the goods are defective, specify the defect on a separate sheet of paper attached to the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark on the product's factory packing (carton) or the product itself. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or via a courier. The customer is responsible for the delivery charges when returning an item(s). Once receives the products, they will undergo inspection. If an item's seal is broken or it is in non-sellable condition, reserves the right to accept or reject the return based on the product's condition. Pre-authorized returns should be sent to the address specified on the contact us page. Refunds will only be processed through the Original Mode of Payment.

  • Dead on Arrival: If you discover a manufacturing fault with the product, please contact us with full details of the fault. If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first 3 days after delivery, we will arrange to collect the defective unit within 5 working days and provide a replacement where possible. Alternatively, you can drop the product off at our service center, presenting the original invoice and proof of ID. Replacements will be issued once the defective product has been verified as a DOA item. If the product is outside of the DOA period, you will be asked to drop the product off at our service center, where we will either repair or replace it based on the nature of the problem.

  • Order Confirmation and Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed via email, reserves the physical product for you, subject to availability. The prices of products listed on are approximate and subject to current market values. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability. If you choose to cancel your order, please do so within 8 hours and notify us via email at Providing a reason for cancellation is appreciated as it helps us improve our service. Refunds will be processed through the Original Mode of Payment.
